            The price for shipping quoted does not include shipping Insurance, Shipping
            Insurance is an option offered by the shipping carrier which protects the
            recipient of any loss or damages while in transit.
            If shipping insurance is not selected and your package is either lost or
            damaged, you the recipent will be responsible for any loss or damage and
            not the shipping carrier.

or other Atom Electric service or promotion that requires registration,

Returns & Replacements
 
Returns are permitted and must be initated within 14 calender days. To return merchandise for an exchange or refund minus shipping and handling and a 15% restocking fee. 
You will need to obtain a Return Merchantdise Authorization Number(RMA#) by contacting our Customer Service Department toll free at 1-877-472-3876 Monday thru Friday from 8AM to 5PM Mountain time, or E-mail your request to   Support@atomelectric.com
Returns must be received within 14 calander days from the date the RMA# is issued.
Product received later than this date cannot be accepted for return. 
Product Condition:
Product must be returned in New Condition as shipped from the Manufacturer.
Product must be in original, un-opened packaging. Once equipment has been installed there will   be no  refund.
Products returned in other than New Condition will Be returned to the customer without refund or exchange.
Packing and Shipping:
Pack all items in a sturdy shipping carton.Please keep the original invoice.
Print the RMA# on all sides of the shipping carton, packages without visible RMA# will not be accepted.
Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping. Use most convenient means of shipping. Insurance and confirmation
is recommended.
Please Note:
1. Contact our Customer Service Center at 1-877-472-3876 to request a (RMA#)Return Merchandise Authorization Number.
2. We cannot process refunds for packages marked "Return To Sender". A refund will not be issued for a returned product without RMA#. You must call Customer Care at 1-877-472-3876 for a RMA#.
3. You, the customer, are responsible for returned shipping and handling costs.
4. To ensure a refund is processed for you,please send returns to the address provided below with your RMA#  clearly visible on the outside of the box.
